Do I need to register?
Yes. For security reasons this is a two step process.
- First: go to ipbiloxi.com, click on REGISTER (upper right, beneath MY IP REWARDS), enter the required information and cilck REGISTER.
- Second: you will then be brought to the Players Lounge where you need to register your Players Lounge account.
Where are my account balances shown?
Points, comps and IP Rewards Play™ are shown on your main players page. This page also provides the link to your offers and messaging system.
How do I access my offers?
In the upper right corner of your main players page click on the calendar icon.
Can I interact directly with the IP Rewards staff or my casino host?
Yes! Click on the MESSAGES icon in the upper right of your main players page. You may respond to or submit your own message with a simple click. A red button on the icon indicates that you have received a reply or that you have a message waiting.
Does the Player’s Lounge have an online tutorial?
Yes! Go to ipbiloxi.com, click on REGISTER (upper right, beneath MY IP REWARDS), click the Players Lounge button then VIDEO TUTORIAL.
For some reason, my account information is not showing up after I login. What do I do?
Over time, we update the Players Lounge to better serve you. Sometimes during an update, the player info page may be reset. If you login and the player information page doesn't load correctly, simply click "Log Off" which will bring you back to the main Players Lounge login page where you will re-enter your IP Rewards Number and PIN Number to gain access. |
