1. All individuals must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the IP Rewards Player Program.
2. Photo identification, acceptable to IP Casino Resort and Spa, will be required for one membership
registration, point redemptions and for obtaining any information on IP Rewards account.
3. Only members listed on an IP Rewards account may receive account information or engage in any
transaction(s) relating to IP Rewards account.
4. All Rewards benefits are based on play while using your IP Rewards card. Complimentary services
are extended to Rewards members at the discretion of management and may be revoked at anytime.
5. IP Rewards Program cards, points, and awards are not transferable.
6. IP Rewards Program points are earned by members in accordance with their gaming activity and vary
depending on the model of gaming device played, or if applicable, select live games play.
IP Casino Resort Spa may revise the method for earning points at its discretion. The current schedule for
earning points is available at IP Rewards. Points may be earned and redeemed at IP Casino Resort Spa.
7. All points and comp dollars in an account that have not been redeemed will automatically expire after a
period of twelve (12) months, retiring at the beginning of the 13th month. All comp dollar expirations
will result in a one dollar ($1.00) comp administrative charge. IP Casino Resort Spa may change this
criteria anytime at its discretion.
8. The IP Rewards Card must be inserted in the machine’s card reader to record play and earn points. Card
bezel must be solid green to accurately record points. If the card bezel is red and the card reader displays
“please re-insert,” the reader is no longer recording machine play. The card must then be removed and
re-inserted to work properly.
9. IP Rewards points are not awarded for casino pit games play; however, at the sole discretion of casino,
comps may be issued. IP Rewards Card is required for player tracking at casino pit games; please see
the pit games supervisor for details on its comp program.
10. IP Rewards account discrepancies should be immediately reported to IP Casino Resort Spa to be
eligible for reconsideration. All decisions made by IP Casino Resort Spa are final.
11. Joint accounts will not be issued in the IP Rewards Program.
12. Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by IP Casino Resort Spa in its sole discretion will
result in forfeiture of all IP Rewards account accumulated points, comp dollars and IP Rewards offers
and may result in the cancellation of member(s) participation in IP Rewards Program.
13. IP Rewards members who have been issued credit by IP Casino Resort Spa and are delinquent in
re-payment of that credit, and/or IP Rewards members who have had a check(s) cashed at IP Casino
Resort Spa which has been returned for non-payment, shall have all their IP Rewards account
accumulated points, comp dollars and IP Rewards vouchers and other benefits, forfeited until all
discrepancies have been remedied to the satisfaction of IP Casino Resort Spa in its sole discretion.
14. Program points may be redeemed for Point Play™ or cash. Currently $10 coin in on slots or $25 coin in on
video poker will earn 1 point. 100 points redeemed represents $5.00 Point Play™. To activate Point Play™
or to receive cash back, a minimum of 100 points must be redeemed and guests may only redeem in
$5.00 increments. Points converted to IP Rewards Play™ and downloaded to a machine are portable and
may not be cashed out. This may be revised by IP Casino Resort Spa at its discretion. Cash redemptions
are only available by player program tier as listed in the player program benefits and are subject to change
at the discretion of IP Casino Resort Spa at any time.
15. IP Rewards members are responsible for selecting a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN)
for their account and for keeping it secure. IP Rewards members are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of his or her pin code. Players may not disclose their pin codes except to casino attendants.
It is against IP Rewards Policy for a member to use another member's pin for any purpose.
16. It is against IP Rewards Policy for a member to accrue slot points or be recognized for table games
play by distributing his or her card to other players. Any misuse of the IP Rewards card to redeem slot
points, comps or other member benefits will result in forfeiture of all IP Rewards benefits.
17. IP Rewards Play™ has no cash value and United States currency/coin and casino chips/tokens will
not be issued in lieu thereof.
18. If applicable, expiration dates will be printed on cash back when issued.
19. IP Rewards members should notify IP Casino Resort Spa of any name, address, e-mail address, or
telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information on IP Rewards Program offers,
bonuses, party invitations or other IP Rewards Program events.
20. IP Casino Resort Spa reserves the right to deny an application to participate in the IP Rewards Program
or revoke an IP Rewards member’s card, benefits, or portion thereof at any time in its sole discretion.
21. Participation in the IP Rewards Program constitutes IP Rewards member’s agreement to abide by the
Official Rules of the IP Rewards Program and the decisions of IP Casino Resort Spa.
22. Any and all applicable taxes relating to the IP Rewards member receiving any awards is the sole
responsibility of the IP Rewards member.
23. IP Casino Resort Spa will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that
decision shall be final and binding.
24. Any IP Rewards card, IP Rewards voucher or offers that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted,
altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other
than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void. In addition, IP Casino Resort Spa reserves the
right to void any IP Rewards card, IP Rewards voucher or offer at any time in its sole discretion.
25. IP Casino Resort Spa may introduce other promotions that operate in association with the IP Rewards
Program. All rules, conditions and procedures for these promotions will be detailed in the Official Rules
of each specific associated promotion.
26. Any rule or procedure relating to the IP Rewards Program may be changed, modified or cancelled by
IP Casino Resort Spa at any time in its sole discretion.
27. If any of the preceding rules are found to be invalid, all other rules shall remain in effect.
28. Based upon the number of IP Rewards points earned during specific time periods, members may also
be eligible for additional awards as determined by the IP Rewards Level Structure. Earning more points
or having qualified play will qualify the member to reach higher levels. Qualifications are subject to
change at anytime.
29. IP Rewards Level Structure point and time requirements will be available at IP Rewards. Upon
attaining a reward level a designated IP Rewards card will be available to the member. Current status
levels are Preferred, Premium, Elite and Elite +.
30. IP Rewards point multiplier offers and other IP Rewards point adjustment offers will not be counted
towards the IP Rewards Level Structure.
31. Attaining an IP Rewards Level provides additional IP Rewards Program offers and benefits to the
member. These offers and benefits may be modified, changed, added, deleted or cancelled by IP Casino Resort Spa at its discretion. Please visit IP Rewards for a description of current IP Rewards Level Structure offers and benefits.
32. Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the applicable color-coded IP Rewards Level
Card along with identification acceptable by IP Casino Resort Spa at time of redemption.
33. All decisions made by IP Casino Resort Spa management are final.
